All student registrations will be completed online.

All registrations require follow up via email with the registrar to verify the information and to provide four (4) proofs of residency (a Mortgage/Deed, Lease, or Agreement of Sale is required). Additional proofs may include a driver's license, utility bills, tax bill, etc. If you are unable to provide the required proofs of residency, please contact the Registrar at 215-441-6000 x 11046 or Send us an Email to schedule the appointment.
Online Registration
The parent/guardian must have an email address to use the online registration feature in Skyward.
To use the online registration feature in Skyward, the parent/guardian must log into Skyward. To create a Skyward account (new to Centennial School District): Create an Account To use an existing Skyward account: Returning User

Student Eligibility
To register a student for school in the Centennial School District, the student must reside in the district. The parent/guardian registering the student must provide four (4) proofs of residency in order to register the student. If the student is temporarily living with a guardian or family that resides in the district, contact the Registrar for more information about the registration process.
Students transferring from another school district will need to provide transcripts and complete a Student Discipline History form (for Grades 6-12 only). The parent/guardian can complete a release of records form so that the Registrar may obtain these documents from the former school. If the student has an individualized education plan (IEP), gifted individualized education plan (GIEP), or 504 Service Plan, these documents must also be presented at the time of registration.
School Assignment
A student may only register for the school that is located in his/her attendance zone. To view the attendance zones for each school, click on this link: Attendance Zones
Kindergarten/Grade 1
The Centennial School District policy establishes the entry ages for Kindergarten and Grade 1. Student must be 5 years of age by August 31 to enter Kindergarten. Students must be 6 years of age by August 31 to enter Grade 1.
Withdrawing from School
Parents/guardians wishing to withdraw a student from school must meet with the Registrar at the Administration Building. To withdraw a student from school, please call 215-441-6000 x 11046.
