Welcome to Centennial School District

In Centennial, we believe that the interests of children are of primary importance. Children are first. In all curricular areas, we provide students with the necessary tools and educational environments to be productive, positive and contributing citizens. Centennial employs the best, brightest and most innovative teachers.

Our promise and commitment to our students is to work hard every day on their behalf. To this end Centennial also provides its staff with the tools and training to create a professional environment, to enhance learning and to meet career goals.

We hope that as you come to know us a little better, you will recognize that Centennial is indeed a special place to be an educator.

Frequently Asked Questions

FORM MUST BE COLLECTED FROM ALL EMPLOYEES.
PLEASE SEND TO HUMAN RESOURCES  NOW IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY DONE SO.

A new state law requires the Act 24 form be completed by all District representatives/employees/volunteers who have any contact with children.  All employees (including subs) must complete this form and return to HR.  If an employee refuses to submit the form, Act 24 requires that the School Administrator require the employee to submit a current background check under Section 111.  In addition, school employees will be required to report to the School Administrator (our Superintendent) within seventy-two (72) hours any arrest or conviction of an offense listed in Section 111 (e) that occurs after September 28, 2011.  Please do not return this form to PDE.  Return it directly to Human Resources.  We need the hard copy version with signature.
