Centennial School District has Centralized Student Registration
All new student registrations are taken at the Administration Building.
Registration is by appointment - Please call 215-441-6000 x 11046 to schedule an appointment.
Kindergarten students must be 5 years old by August 31 of the year in which they are starting
First grade students must be 6 years old by August 31 of the year in which they are starting
Information Required at Registration:
- Birth Certificate/Baptismal Certificate
- Immunization Record - Please bring a copy to leave with the registrar
- 4 Proofs of Residency are required. A mandatory proof is: a lease, agreement of sale or mortgage statement; three additional proofs are to include an electric bill, a telephone bill, a tax bill, a cable bill or a pay stub from an employer. If you do not have proofs of residency in your name, please mention this to the registrar when scheduling an appointment.

Para entrar a Kindergarten los niños deben de tener 5 años cumplidos antes del 31 de agosto
Para entrar a primer grado los niños deben de tener 6 años cumplidos antes del 31 de agosto
Se Requiere la Siguiente Información para Registrar:
Certificado de Nacimiento o Certificado Bautismo
Certificado de Vacunas
4 Pruebas de Domicilio – por ejemplo: facturas de las utilidades, licencia de manejo, contrato de casa/apartamento, registración para votar, registración del carro, tarjeta de seguro del carro, testamento de banco, copia de paga con el nombre y dirección de empleado y empleador
Informes Escolares/de las Calificaciones (si usted los tiene)
