    Students will start their day in their Advisory Class.

  • FCS Students Prepare Gourmet Dinner
    On Thursday January 26, as part of a culminating experience in their course, Family and Consumer Science students prepared a four-course gourmet dinner for their parents.

    Girls Basketball:
    Varsity:

    Last night the Varsity Girls basketball team improved their record to 12 & 7 after a 75-44 victory over Hatboro-Horsham.  The team had four players scoring in double digits. Emily O’Donnell scored 20 points, Angie Pomponio went 12 for 12 from the foul line and scored 14 points.  Rachael Mueller scored 12 points & pulled down 8 rebounds and Nikki Alden had a double-double scoring 11 points & grabbing 10 boards.  This Friday night the team looks to avenge an early season loss at Neshaminy.  Please consider coming out to support us!

     

     

     

    Junior Varsity:

     

    Last night the Tennent Lady Panthers JV basketball team managed a colossal comeback against the tough JV Lady Hatters of Hatboro-Horsham High School!  The team was down by 13 points after the 1st Quarter.  They were down by 10 points at halftime & down by 9 points at the end of the 3rd Quarter.  But the 4th Quarter was a totally different story in that the team notched 19 HUGE points to pull out the 38 - 33 victory!!!

    The entire team contributed to the victory but the team was led by Alyssa Christiansen's 11 points and Alyssa Ferraro's 10 points!  The sister combination of Sarah and Rachael Vickalitis also added 7 and 6 points, respectively! 

    The win was the 11th of the season for the Lady Panthers!    

    The JV Lady Panthers hope to continue their winning ways on Friday at home against Neshaminy High School.  Tip off time is 5:30 pm.  Come out on support your Lady Panthers this Friday!

     

    Freshman:
    The Freshman Girls Basketball team hosted Pennsbury on Tuesday, January 3, and won an exciting overtime game by a score of 31 to 30.  Heather Moss led all scorers with 10 points.  Jen Rutkowsky and Shannon McDermott each chipped in 8. Callan Daley played a strong defensive game. The Freshman Lady Panthers now have a 6 and 3 record.

    On December 20, the 9th grade Girls Basketball team traveled to Upper Merion.  With a great defensive effort, they registered a 51 to 20 victory. They even held Upper Merion scoreless in both the 2nd and 3rd quarters!
    Jen Rutkowsky had 12 points and Shannon McDermott had 12 points and did a great job on the boards. Callan Daley and Heather Moss each contributed 6 points.  The Lady Panthers are now 5 and 3 on the season.
     

    The Wm. Tennent Freshman Girls Basketball team travelled to Abington on Monday, December 19, and exploded for 51 points while only giving up 19 in a solid defensive effort.  The leading scorers were Shannon McDermott with 15 points, Mallorie Adiletto with 10, Rachel Ciarciello with 8, and Julia Hasiak chipping in 6.  This victory brings their record to 4 and 3 on the season
