• Hello Parents and Guardians, 

    The district nurses wanted to send out a few health reminders as we move forward in the new year. Please remember to complete the COVID 5 every morning. By completing this screening tool we can continue to keep all students and staff safe as we continue to navigate our way through the current pandemic.

    As a reminder in CSD, we are following ten days of isolation for a positive case of COVID. We are also following fourteen days of quarantine for an identified close contact of a positive case. We do realize the frustration this may cause if you are given other information from your physician or the local Department of Health. Please remain patient with our Nursing Staff as we truly want to keep everyone in our community healthy. We are following the guidelines provided by the state.

    Travel quarantine when leaving PA continues to be ten days. This does not apply to students aged eleven and under. You are able to be tested upon return in order to return to school. Our website has updated testing sites for children in our community. To view the testing sites click here.

    Immunizations are still mandated as a requirement to attend school. We appreciate you sending in updated vaccination records for your student. For students who are full virtual learners this year, we are offering Health Room Screenings as part of mandated services. If you would like your child's vision, hearing, and height and weight checked in our health suite please email or call your building nurse to set up a convenient time.
