Mind & Body Wellness

Wellness takes into account one's physical, social, and emotional wellbeing. We want to make sure we are taking care of all areas of one's health to remain our best selves for us and those we love. As a breakdown:

  • Physical Wellness - food intake, exercise regimen, regular doctor visits and check-ups

  • Social Wellness - continuing to foster relationships that make us and others feel special

  • Emotional Wellness - recognizing what we need for ourselves and from others to stay grounded, safe, and secure which could include mindfulness, breathing exercises, sharing thoughts/emotions, writing, or anything else that helps us be proud of who we are

The goal of this site is to give resources to support all of our paths for ongoing growth in these areas.
