Parents/guardians wishing to withdraw a student from school must click the link and email the Registrar at CSD Student Withdrawals.  You will need to provide her with the following-

• Date of your withdrawl
• Your new address
• Your childs new school that they will be attending. 

Once those items are recieved, you will be sent their withdrawals via docusign.
