    Thursday, December 12, 2019 - Day 2

    Ladies and gentlemen boys and girls children of all ages toys for tots is up and running but only until the end of today please donate to this worthy cause.  Bins are located at the lower office, front door, and across from the upper office.  Log always comes through for the Marines!!!!!

    Any student who earns a 200 Club ticket any day this week can take a guess and win a candy jar filled with sour patch kids! The winners of the candy jar guess will be announced tomorrow, December 13th. Also, Log's annual Winter Games will be held on Thursday, December 19th. All students who earn a 200 Club ticket for the month of December will be entered into a drawing for VIP seating and snacks!

    We would like to congratulate all of our performers for last night’s amazing performance in Log’s Winter Instrumental Concert.

     Chorus students: There will be a chorus rehearsal for ALL chorus members TOMORROW, Friday the 13th during periods 1 and 2 in the auditorium. Remember to ask your teachers what work you will need to make up. If you have any questions, see Mrs. Duchene.

    Kindness club today is our 2nd annual COOKIE FEST! As a reminder- only students that handed in their permission slips may attend today's meeting. Be ready to get to work at 3:00 and bring your appetite! Any questions- see Ms. Ball or Ms. Clark.

    The Reading Olympics meeting next Tuesday is cancelled. Members please stop by and grab books.

     William Tennent HS will be holding boys volleyball clinics for 7th/8th graders next Monday night, the 16th Clinics are free and will provide students an opportunity to meet the HS players and coaches.  Those who attend will be able to learn the fundamentals of the sport and also test their vertical jump and serving speed.  Hope to see you there!"

    Theory club is cancelled for today.

    The Reading Olympics team will meet in the library next Tuesday, December 16th.

     Kindness club will meet after school today to plan the 2nd annual COOKIE FEST! There are still a few spots left on the signup sheet, so don't forget to RSVP today by stopping down to room 24 or through email!

    7th and 8th grade chorus AND 6th grade chorus will have rehearsals in the auditorium today.  7th and 8th grade chorus will rehearse during period 3 and should go to the auditorium immediately after period 2. 6th grade chorus will rehearse during periods 5 and 6 and should go to the auditorium immediately after lunch.  If you have any questions, see Mrs. Duchene.
