PROTECTING CSD STAFF AND OTHERS: TARGETED MITIGATION AND PREVENTION STRATEGIES:

In August of 2021, the CSD Board of School Directors passed the Protecting CSD Staff and Other: Targeted Mitigation and Prevention Strategies Resolution which requires unvaccinated staff to participate in regular COVID-19 testing.

As part of Protecting CSD Staff and Others: Targeted Mitigation and Prevention Strategies to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and, in particular, the Delta Variant in the workplace efforts, the Centennial School District requires all employees to indicate their current COVID-19 vaccination status. This will help senior leadership make decisions regarding school operations and implement the Board-approved Resolution. We encourage each of you to click on the resolution link (or attached document) and read it in its entirety.

During the March 8, 2022 Board of School Directors meeting, the school board temporarily suspended the Resolution based upon the levels of community transmission. However, should the levels of community transmission reach medium or high level, the Protecting CSD Staff and Other Targeted Mitigation and Prevention Strategies Resolution are reinstated and require every employee who has not done so to respond to this survey within two weeks of receipt of this notice. Your cooperation is appreciated. Here is the link to the survey: https://forms.gle/CQBEPu1QbD43LnEU8. The survey responses will be sent to the district Nursing Coordinator, Karen Pressler, and then placed in each employee's confidential HR file. Individual employee survey responses will not be released publicly and will be protected.

Thank you for your cooperation and support in our efforts to manage the start of the school year with in-person learning in the safest manner possible.
