Today Centennial School District honored Veterans Day with heartfelt ceremonies to recognize and thank our local veterans and active-duty service members for their sacrifices and dedication. Our students, staff, and community members came together to express gratitude for the courage and commitment shown by those who have served. Thank you to all who joined us in this meaningful tribute!
The 2024 Powderpuff football game and halftime show will be held on Wednesday night, November 13th at 7 p.m. at the WTHS stadium. ALL proceeds from this event will be donated to "Kisses for Kyle", which is an organization that supports the families of local children suffering from cancer. Tickets for the event are being sold for $8 each or 2 for $15 at the gate, as well as at all lunches at Tennent on Wednesday. Anyone who wishes to donate to the cause, but cannot attend the game, can contact Eric Goldsman at golder@centennialsd.org or David Fries at frieda@centennialsd.org. Please join us Wednesday to support the 300 Tennent students participating in this special event!
